A rapidly growing healthcare technology company is hiring a full-time Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead its Product and Engineering organizations while driving the long-term technology vision, platform strategy, and product roadmap. This executive leadership role will oversee software development, infrastructure, product management, technical partnerships, and enterprise SaaS platform scalability within a highly regulated healthcare environment. The CTO will play a critical role in shaping company strategy, building high-performing teams, and delivering innovative technology solutions that support continued business growth.

Required Skills \& Experience

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field

10\+ years of executive leadership experience overseeing both Product and Engineering organizations

Extensive experience within healthcare enterprise software environments

Experience building software solutions for payer and/or provider organizations

Proven track record scaling engineering and product teams within high-growth technology companies

Experience managing organizations of 50\+ team members

Strong background in SaaS platform architecture, infrastructure, and enterprise software development

Experience developing and executing long-term technology and product strategies

Strong executive communication and presentation skills

Experience working directly with Boards of Directors, investors, and executive leadership teams

Demonstrated success attracting, developing, and retaining high-performing technical teams

Experience with HIPAA, PHI, and regulated healthcare data environments

Desired Skills \& Experience

Master's degree in a technical or business-related discipline

Experience within private equity or venture-backed software companies

Background in interoperability, healthcare integrations, and clinical data acquisition

Experience leading cloud-native and data-centric platform transformations

Strong understanding of healthcare technology market trends and competitive landscapes

Experience managing external technology partnerships and vendor relationships

Proven success launching innovative healthcare products and platforms

Experience driving organizational change and scaling processes in rapidly growing businesses
