Chief Technology Officer

🚀 We’re Hiring: Chief Technology Officer (CTO) — Hands-On SaaS, .NET \& AI Leader

We’re looking for a highly technical, hands-on CTO to lead our technology vision while actively building and scaling a global SaaS platform.

This is a true “player-coach” role — ideal for someone who still codes, architects systems, and drives execution at the highest level.

🔹 Core Requirements:

• 10\+ years of experience in

software development

• 10\+ years of experience

building and scaling SaaS

platforms

• Strong

hands-on experience with .NET

technologies (ASP.NET / .NET Core)

•

Deep, practical experience with AI/ML

(designing and deploying real-world solutions)

• Proven experience with system architecture for scalable, multi-tenant enterprise platforms

• Strong background with

APIs, microservices, and cloud-based infrastructure

(

Azure

preferred)

• Experience working with databases (MySQL, SQL Server) and performance optimization

• Master’s Degree in Computer Science or related field

🔹 What You’ll Do:

• Own and drive the full technology roadmap, architecture, and scalability strategy

• Stay hands-on — actively contribute to coding, architecture, and critical system components

• Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing engineering team

• Design and implement AI-driven features and automation across the platform

• Work directly with customers — attend key meetings, understand real-world use cases, and translate them into product and technical solutions

• Participate in product discussions and help shape the product roadmap alongside leadership

• Drive AI innovation — identify, design, and launch AI add-ons and enhancements across the company’s technology stack

• Ensure high availability, security, and performance across a global SaaS environment

• Collaborate closely with product, sales, and executive leadership to align technology with business growth

• Optimize development workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and release processes
