Job Description

Nonstop Administration and Insurance Services, Inc. (“Nonstop”) is seeking a Chief Technology Officer to lead the next phase of growth and evolution. Reporting to the CEO, the CTO will be responsible for scaling the technology organization, strengthening execution, and embedding innovation across the business.

The CTO will partner closely with the CEO and executive team to align technology strategy with customer needs and business growth objectives. This hands-on leader will bring structure, discipline, and forward-looking innovation to ensure the organization can execute effectively at scale.

Responsibilities:

Build and Scale the Organization

  • Lead and evolve engineering, product, IT, and security organizations, ensuring the right structure, talent, and process are in place to support growth.
  • Recruit, develop, and retain top-tier talent, fostering a culture of ownership, execution, and continuous improvement while fostering a culture of accountability.
  • Implement best practices across product management, engineering, and delivery disciplines.

Lead Innovation \& AI Adoption

  • Define and lead the company’s innovation agenda, embedding automation and AI across the organization.
  • Identify and eliminate manual processes across workflows, improving efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
  • Position Nonstop at the forefront of technology-enabled healthcare and financial infrastructure.

Drive Technology \& Product Excellence

  • Modernize architecture, systems, and development practices to improve speed and reliability.
  • Establish clear roadmaps, KPIs, and operating rhythms to drive consistent delivery.
  • Ensure strong data, infrastructure, and security foundations.

Strategic Partnership

  • Serve as key thought partner to CEO, helping translate customer needs into actionable product and technology strategies.
  • Strengthen the connection between client requirements, product development, and technical execution.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to align technology investments with business priorities and growth opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • 10\+ years as a senior technology leader, in a scaling, product-driven organization.
  • Experience in insurance, payments, healthcare technology, or other risk-based or transaction-intensive industries required.
  • Track record of successfully upgrading teams, systems, and processes in a high-growth environment.
  • Credible voice in AI/ML strategy and applied innovation.
  • Strong operator who brings structure, clarity, and accountability.
  • Strategic thinker who can connect technology decisions to business outcomes.
  • Experience in building and leading high-performing teams.
  • Customer-centric, with a focus on solving complex, real-world problems.
  • Experience working in private equity-backed environments preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
