Chief Technology Officer at Revelio Labs, Inc., New York, NY (F/T)JOB DUTIES: Manage complex data processes, pipelines, and models. Create and maintain tools to run and manage massive data pipelines. Streamline alerts systems to work on transforming raw data (generally in TBs) to get interesting insights about the data and its safe, scalable deployment. Perform system development to create tools to monitor the general health of the machines and databases. Design and plan the migration for our systems to microservice paradigm. Build an in-house distributed system to deliver subsecond performance to power our dashboard applications on the UI.JOB REQUIREMENTS: Position requires a Masters degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Information Technology, or closely related technical field, and 2 years of experience in the job offered, as Data Engineer, Senior Analyst, or related. Full term of experience must include each of the following: Data engineering or data science capacity, and timeseries data; Cloud Computing, Distributed Computing \& Parallelization, SQL, Bash; Introducing newer features and metrics into the datasets by working with different teams; and, Low-latency trading algorithms.Telecommuting may be permitted pursuant to company policy.
