Chief Technology Officer

Overview

We are seeking a visionary and execution-focused Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead our technology strategy, architecture, and engineering organization. The CTO will be responsible for building scalable systems, driving innovation, and aligning technology with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the company’s technology roadmap and long-term strategy
• Lead engineering, infrastructure, and data teams
• Architect scalable, secure, and high-performance systems
• Drive AI/ML and data-driven product innovation (if applicable)
• Establish engineering best practices, processes, and culture
• Partner with Product and Business teams to deliver high-impact solutions
• Oversee hiring, mentoring, and scaling of technical teams
• Ensure system reliability, security, and compliance

Requirements

• 12\+ years of engineering experience, with 5\+ years in leadership roles
• Proven experience scaling production systems and teams
• Strong background in system architecture, cloud, and distributed systems
• Experience shipping products in high-growth environments
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills

Nice to Have

• Experience with AI/ML systems in production
• Startup or hyper-growth company experience
• Prior experience as CTO or VP of Engineering
