: $150,000 – $185,000 (Base)

Equity

: 1\.5% – 3\.0% (Fully Diluted)

Vesting

: 4-year vesting, 1-year cliff, double-trigger acceleration on acquisition

Overview

We are seeking a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead and scale our proven AI architecture. This is a leadership role with an emphasis on execution, scaling, and further refining an established technology stack to support customer growth. The CTO will be integral in optimizing core systems, expanding product features, and ensuring technical excellence as we transition into the next phase of company growth.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical architecture, overseeing the development and scaling of core AI systems.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders, including the first anchor customer-investor, to continuously align technical offerings with business needs.
• Lead a team of engineers, ensuring high performance and innovation in every aspect of product delivery.
• Foster a culture of agility and continuous improvement in the technical team.
• Maintain operational efficiency as we scale, ensuring the technical platform supports expansion.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in managing technical teams, with a strong background in AI architecture.
• Experience scaling AI systems for large-scale enterprise clients, especially in defense, aerospace, or related industries.
• Strong technical knowledge in AI and machine learning, with practical experience deploying AI models in the real world.
• Demonstrated ability to work in high-growth, fast-paced environments, particularly at early or growth-stage companies.
• Excellent communication skills with a track record of collaboration with business leadership.
