product-led Chief Technology Officer

\& Location Site Lead

to help shape the future of Product and Engineering. This is a rare opportunity to join a business with an established platform, international customers, and a leadership team committed to transforming the way technology is built and delivered.

What You'll Be Responsible For:

• Defining and executing the Product \& Technology strategy aligned with the company's long-term vision.
• Leading and inspiring Product, Engineering, Data, and Technology teams through a period of transformation.
• Building a high-performing, AI-native Product \& Engineering organisation.
• Improving engineering effectiveness, delivery capability, and organisational performance.
• Driving product innovation while balancing customer needs, commercial priorities, and technical investment.
• Partnering with the CEO and Executive Leadership Team on strategic business decisions, growth initiatives, and organisational design.
• Creating a culture of accountability, experimentation, continuous improvement, and customer obsession.

You'll bring experience leading Product and Technology within a scaling SaaS or technology business and have successfully transformed organisations through periods of growth and change.

You'll also demonstrate:

• Executive leadership across both Product and Engineering functions.
• A proven track record of improving delivery velocity, engineering effectiveness, and organisational capability.
• Strong commercial acumen, balancing customer outcomes with business performance.
• A genuine passion for AI and a clear perspective on how emerging technologies are reshaping software businesses.
• The ability to influence at Board and Executive level while building highly engaged, high-performing teams.
• Confidence making difficult decisions, challenging the status quo, and leading through ambiguity.

The Product and Engineering team is based in Adelaide. While Adelaide is the preferred location, we're also open to exceptional candidates based interstate who are willing to spend 2–3 days per week in Adelaide, with a flexible fly-in/fly-out arrangement available.

The majority of the Product and Engineering team is based in Adelaide, and we'd ideally like to find someone who is excited by the opportunity to relocate and enjoy the lifestyle the city offers.

However, we're equally open to outstanding candidates based elsewhere in Australia who are willing to spend 2–3 days each week in Adelaide. A flexible fly-in/fly-out arrangement will be considered for the right person.
