2\. About the Opportunity:

The Clinical Administrative Coordinator plays a key role in supporting healthcare operations by managing correspondence and communication with clients. This position ensures accurate documentation, compliance with regulatory standards, and effective client interaction. The role contributes directly to operational efficiency and quality standards, helping the organization maintain regulatory adherence and client satisfaction.

3\. Responsibilities:

  • Draft Notice of Action (NOA) and Notice of Eligibility (NOE) letters for government and commercial clients
  • Initiate outbound calls to clients for letter retrieval
  • Ensure compliance with client, regulatory, and accreditation requirements for documentation
  • Identify appropriate letter templates based on case specifics
  • Meet productivity, adherence, and quality standards consistently
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management

4\. Requirements:

  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Ability to learn new computer system applications
  • Flexibility to work 10:00am - 7:00pm CST Monday through Friday, including Saturdays, with occasional overtime
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and secure sensitive documents in a remote work setting
  • Dedicated, private workspace with reliable high-speed internet

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1\+ year of office or customer service experience
  • Experience with telephone and computer use in office or customer service settings
  • Knowledge of medical terminology, ICD-10, CPT codes, Medicare/Medicaid, or healthcare call centers
  • Clerical or administrative support experience
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Healthcare experience

5\. Pay Range and Compensation Package:

  • Hourly pay ranges from $17\.98 to $32\.12 based on experience and other factors
  • Comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase, and 401k contributions (subject to eligibility)
