The Clinical Nurse Lead plays a pivotal role in ensuring high‑quality patient care, fostering a culture of safety, and supporting ongoing team development across M42 facilities. This role requires a collaborative leader who models accountability, champions continuous improvement, and upholds the highest standards of occupational health and safety.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate clearly and purposefully to guide teams and support effective collaboration.
  • Build and maintain strong, trust‑based professional relationships.
  • Recommend and implement improvements that enhance clinical operations and patient outcomes.
  • Support staff development by identifying learning needs and encouraging continuous growth.
  • Contribute to developing and maintaining workplace safety programs.
  • Follow all established OHS procedures and promote safe work practices.
  • Assist in safety investigations, hazard reporting, and incident documentation.
  • Participate in OHS activities such as risk assessments, PPE selection, and hazard control measures.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
  • DOH license holder or eligibility letter.
  • Minimum 5 years of clinical experience in a mental health or psychiatric care setting.
  • Minimum 3 years in a team lead role
