Clinical Research Associates with oncology experience

to join their growing FSP model.

This is an exciting opportunity to work within a stable, long-term sponsor partnership while contributing to high-impact oncology trials.

🔬 The Role

• Independent site monitoring (SSVs, SIVs, IMVs, COVs)
• Ensuring compliance with ICH-GCP, study protocols, and local regulations
• Overseeing data integrity and site performance
• Supporting sites to maintain inspection readiness
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful study delivery

✅ Profile

• Degree in Life Sciences, Nursing, or Medicine
• Minimum 2 years of independent on-site monitoring experience
• Strong knowledge of clinical trial processes and regulatory requirements
• Oncology experience preferred
• Willingness to travel 65–75%
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
