$130,000-$150,000 base \+ bonus

Job Description:

Lead the design and implementation of scalable cloud infrastructure to support AI and data platform initiatives in a client-facing environment.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Design and build AI infrastructure within AWS
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code (Terraform/CloudFormation)
• Research and recommend scalable architecture and tooling solutions
• Collaborate with client stakeholders and internal teams on infrastructure strategy
• Delegate development tasks to offshore team members and oversee delivery
• Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting systems
• Ensure security, scalability, and performance of cloud environments
• Balance hands-on engineering (50%) with planning, design, and research (50%)

Requirements:

• Must-Haves:

+ 6-10 years of experience in DevOps, Cloud, or Infrastructure Engineering

+ Strong hands-on AWS experience

+ Expertise in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, etc.)

+ Experience building and managing CI/CD pipelines

+ Containerization experience (Docker, orchestration tools)

+ Strong understanding of cloud security, networking, and IAM

+ Proven ability to build scalable infrastructure and pipelines

+ Client-facing communication and stakeholder management experience

+ Ability to work in ambiguous, evolving environments

• Nice-to-Haves:

+ Experience supporting AI/ML infrastructure or data platforms

+ Familiarity with AI tools and workflows

+ Experience scaling early-stage or non-standardized environments

+ Prior experience leading or mentoring small offshore teams
