The Role
- Lead development teams in cloud strategy integration and execution.
- Design, architect, and integrate applications using modern cloud patterns.
- Collaborate with business partners and architects to identify technical and functional needs.
- Champion innovative new technology and best practices.
- Contribute to IT strategy development and portfolio growth.
- Mentor and serve as a technical subject matter expert for development teams.
What You'll Need
- Master's degree in Information Technology or equivalent experience.
- 6\+ years of software development experience, with 2\+ years in Agile environments.
- 2\+ years of experience deploying Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform solutions.
- 2\+ years of experience deploying hybrid and cloud-based solutions.
- AWS Certification (Certified Developer or Solutions Architect).
- Strong understanding of cloud-native architecture, security, and services.
- Proficient in Containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and Infrastructure as Code.
- Experience with CI/CD practices, automated testing, and code quality scanning.
