Cloud Operations Engineer

• Your main focus will be on IT operations/administration and support of Windows Server systems \& applications (including Azure, Office 365, security, etc.) as well as network topics (Ethernet, wireless, VPN, SD-WAN, firewalls, etc.).
• You analyze problems and develop solutions, and help with the optimization and automation of processes.
• You will support us in monitoring our customers' IT systems.
• In addition, you perform system maintenance at customer sites (occasionally also on-site at customer locations).

To be successful in this exciting position, you should possess the following qualifications:

• You have completed an apprenticeship as an IT specialist (systems engineering or application development) or have comparable training.
• You have experience with Windows server environments.
• You have knowledge in the areas of networking, Azure and Office 365\.
• You have gained initial experience with scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell).
• As a person, you are reliable, assertive, and resilient.
• You enjoy dealing with customers.
• You are open-minded and enjoy working in a team.
• Fluent German and English skills perfectly round off your profile.
