Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Annapolis, MD, for a Commercial Construction / Carpenter position. Responsibilities include performing various carpentry tasks such as framing, finish carpentry, and structural repairs. The candidate will use both hand tools and power tools, ensuring precision and adherence to safety protocols while executing assigned construction or repair projects. Collaboration with team members and following project plans are essential to this role.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Carpentry, including framing and finish carpentry
• Proficiency in the safe use of Power Tools and Hand Tools
• Ability to read and follow construction plans and specifications
• Strong understanding of workplace safety practices and OSHA compliance
• Reliable communication and teamwork skills
• Prior experience in commercial construction or similar environments preferred
