ABOUT THE ROLE:

  • We're looking for an experienced Superintendent to work on jobs in the Peninsula and throughout California, who thrives in fast‐paced environments and takes ownership of every phase of the project. • Manage cost control for general conditions
  • Prepare and maintain required project documentation
  • Lead fast‐paced projects operating six days a week with hard completion deadlines

If you enjoy problem‐solving, building strong teams, and driving projects forward with confidence and clarity you'll be a great fit here

ABOUT YOU:

  • You're someone who is hands‐on, solutions‐oriented, and committed to delivering exceptional work. You know how to lead people, communicate clearly, and keep projects running smoothly — even under tight timelines

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • At least 6\+ years of construction experience in a supervisory role
  • Strong working knowledge of all trades and the ability to read/interpret plans and specifications
  • Prior experience as a foreman or journeyman preferred
  • OSHA 30‐hour certification (or equivalent)
  • CPR \& First Aid certified
  • Intermediate level proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Project or a similar scheduling tool
  • Beginner to intermediate experience with Procore or comparable platforms
  • Strong understanding of digital documents, images, and related tools
  • Retail project experience is a plus, but not required

WHY YOU'LL LOVE WORKING HERE:

  • We're committed to supporting you — on and off the jobsite. Our goal is to help you build a long, fulfilling career while being part of a team that values trust, respect, and family

Benefits include:
