Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Foreman who is looking for a long-term career with a company that values expertise and professional growth. We want to partner with a Lead who enjoys the rhythm of a commercial build-out—someone who takes pride in seeing a project go from a shell to a finished project.

If you are a proactive leader who excels at operational planning, plans the day so the apprentices stay busy, and enjoys the respect that comes with running a smooth site, you’re exactly who we’re looking for. We’ll give you the tools and the autonomy to do what you do best; we just need your expertise to help us keep our projects moving forward.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise electrical crews on commercial construction sites, ensuring work is performed safely, efficiently, and according to plans and specifications
  • Coordinate daily activities with project managers, contractors, and clients to meet project milestones and deadlines
  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to guide installation processes
  • Manage procurement of materials and equipment, ensuring timely delivery to keep projects on schedule
  • Conduct quality control inspections to verify adherence to safety standards, building codes, and project requirements
  • Oversee project documentation including daily reports, safety logs, change orders, and progress updates using construction management software
  • Enforce OSHA regulations and promote a culture of safety awareness among team members
  • Serve as the professional face of our company in coordination meetings with General Contractors

Requirements

  • Valid Journeyman License
  • Proven experience as a Commercial Electrical Foreman with strong supervisory skills in construction management environments
  • Extensive knowledge of electrical systems, blueprint reading, schematics, and construction estimating
  • Familiarity with construction management software
  • Hands-on experience with construction site safety protocols and OSHA standards
  • Strong project scheduling skills with proficiency in managing timelines
  • Supervising experience with a focus on quality control and adherence to specifications
  • Excellent management skills with the ability to lead teams effectively while fostering collaboration and accountability

Join us as a Commercial Electrical Foreman where your leadership will power innovative projects that shape the future of commercial construction. Bring your expertise in electrical systems combined with your passion for safety and quality — together we’ll build something extraordinary!
