• Maintenance and Repairs Service and repair commercial air conditioning systems
• Diagnostics and Troubleshooting Accurately identify and resolve HVAC system issues.
• Routine Inspections Conduct thorough evaluations to ensure systems operate safely and efficiently.
• Customer Interaction Build trust through clear, professional communication while explaining issues and solutions.
• Record Keeping Maintain accurate documentation of services performed.
• Safety and Standards Follow all safety protocols and company policies to ensure compliance.
• Stay Sharp Keep up with industry advancements and standards to continuously deliver the best service.
• Experience Matters At least 3\+ years as an HVAC Service Technician focusing on commercial systems.
• Technical Skills Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, troubleshooting, and repair methods.
• Customer Focus Exceptional problem-solving, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
• Certifications Required EPA certification and a valid HVAC technician license.
• Reliability Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
• Clean Record Valid driver’s license and a clean driving history.
• Service Titan experience preferred.
