Visual Designer

Role Responsibilities

• Collaborate with designers to deliver high-quality iconography and visual assets.
• Support the creation and maintenance of icon libraries across multiple sizes and themes.
• Develop pixel-perfect, grid-aligned icons reflecting brand identity and system guidelines.
• Extend and document icon standards and usage rules with design leads.
• Translate product needs into visually compelling and engaging designs.
• Manage and incorporate feedback to elevate design quality.

Qualifications

Must-Have

• 4\+ years of professional experience in graphic/visual design across web, desktop, and mobile.
• Proven experience designing and implementing icon systems at scale.
• Expert-level proficiency with Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and other tools.
• Strong understanding of vector construction, grid systems, and accessibility considerations.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Preferred

• Experience contributing to a design system.
• Understanding of design-to-dev handoff practices and QA.
• Familiarity with 3D design and motion/animation.
