Communications Manager

Qualifications:

  • Diploma in Administration or any related field.

Experience:

  • Previous experience in customer service or real estate sales.

Requirements:

  • Acceptable level of English (basic communication and correspondence skills).
  • Proficiency in computer use and Microsoft Office programs.
  • Ability to organize customer contact numbers and prepare daily communication reports.
  • Ability to manage and operate cloud communication platforms.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Receiving inquiries from clients and brokers through phone calls, WhatsApp, and email, and responding professionally.
  2. Following up on incoming requests from clients and transferring them to the sales and leasing team as required.
  3. Preparing and updating organized databases for clients and brokers.
  4. Preparing reports regarding incoming communications and actions taken.
  5. Receiving feedback and complaints and forwarding them to the concerned department.
  6. Sending welcome or congratulatory messages to clients based on occasions or seasons.
  7. Managing and monitoring all company numbers, current and future, including subscription renewals, invoice payments, activation follow-up, user management, and access permissions.
  8. Sorting and organizing client numbers according to each project and preparing them for advertising campaigns through SMS and WhatsApp communication.
