As the Communications \& Content Manager, you will be the architectural force behind multichannel storytelling, blending strategic media relations with high-impact digital content creation. The Role
- Lead proactive communications planning and rapid-response protocols to protect and enhance a trusted national reputation.
- Own the full content lifecycle across the editorial calendar, producing high-quality press releases, newsletters, and engaging web copy.
- Drive digital engagement by creating original social media content, coordinating shoots, and managing community interactions across platforms.
- Use data-driven insights and digital analytics to track performance and refine audience targeting strategies.
- Collaborate with Policy and Education teams to translate complex regulatory insights into accessible, compelling public-facing stories.
What You'll Need
- Proven experience managing multi-channel communications campaigns from concept to delivery with a focus on content strategy.
- Exceptional copywriting and storytelling skills for both traditional press and modern digital channels.
- Technical proficiency in social media management platforms, digital analytics tools, and content design via Canva.
- A data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret engagement metrics to improve communication ROI.
- Flexibility to manage high-pressure announcements and a passion for media regulation and digital safety.
