We are looking for

Communications Manager

, we rely on you to:

• Assist in maintaining comprehensive master slide library for all advertising, collateral, and public relations activities.
• Assist and support the co-ordination of photography for advertising, collateral and public relations purposes between the hotel, advertising agency and the marketing department at corporate office.
• Gather and distribute information/ad. clippings of competitor hotels to relevant parties.
• Support communications duties and functions as deemed necessary.
• Monitors activities of competitor hotels and trends within the industry.
• Participates in monthly forecasting of the department's expenses.
• Performs additional related duties as deemed necessary and appropriate to the communications status.

We Are Looking For Someone Who

• Be a motivator, self-starter, and team builder.
• Display initiative and commitment to professional values.
• Basic in oral and written English and Mandarin due to the working needs.
• Be a quick learner.
• At least 2 years of similar experience in 5-star hotels.
• Be willing to work under pressure.
• Have a capability of thinking out of box.
