Role Overview

The Communications \& Marketing Manager will oversee day-to-day brand communications, public relations, partnerships, and marketing initiatives across Meredith Marks, Meredith Marks Caviar, and related ventures. This role is both strategic and hands-on, focused on elevating brand visibility and executing high-impact campaigns across multiple business lines.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, creative, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.

Note

: This role is remote, with flexibility for candidates based in cities where we have offices.

Travel will be required periodically.

Core Responsibilities

Brand Communications \& PR

  • Support and execute PR strategy across the Meredith Marks brands, Meredith personally, and related family ventures.
  • Manage media outreach, press opportunities, and coverage tracking
  • Maintain consistent brand messaging across all channels
  • Oversee interview requests, press inquiries, and brand storytelling

Partnerships and Brand Collaborations

  • Identify, source, and execute brand partnerships and

strategic collaborations

  • Coordinate partnership integrations across events, campaigns, and experiences
  • Build relationships with aligned luxury, lifestyle, hospitality, and entertainment brands

Events \& Activations

  • Assist in planning and executing brand events and activations
  • Manage communications surrounding launches, pop-ups, appearances, and sponsorship events
  • Support hospitality and experiential partnerships

Brand Placement \& Campaign Management

  • Secure brand placement opportunities across media, events, and talent
  • Coordinate celebrity/influencer outreach, gifting, and dressing
  • Oversee campaign execution across email, social media, and digital marketing channels
  • Coordinate with paid media partners on campaign goals, creative, and reporting
  • Track performance metrics and optimize campaigns for growth

Qualifications

  • 4–7\+ years experience in communications, PR, marketing
  • Strong media, influencer, and brand relationship network preferred
  • Ability to travel
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable working across luxury, jewelry, hospitality, and entertainment categories
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to execute quickly
