Job Description

Required:

  • Intermediate to advanced skills in Excel (pivot tables, dashboards, X- lookup, etc.)
  • Experience with multi-state (they operate in 30 states) - a lot of regulations to stay on top of
  • Compensation software experience
  • Prior administration of merit
  • Someone that wants to step up and oversee if manager is out - hungry and wants to keep growing and be proactive
  • M\&A experience is preferred
  • Conduct salary benchmarking and market analysis to maintain competitive salary structures and ensure compliance with compensation laws and regulations
