Job Description
Required:
- Intermediate to advanced skills in Excel (pivot tables, dashboards, X- lookup, etc.)
- Experience with multi-state (they operate in 30 states) - a lot of regulations to stay on top of
- Compensation software experience
- Prior administration of merit
- Someone that wants to step up and oversee if manager is out - hungry and wants to keep growing and be proactive
- M\&A experience is preferred
- Conduct salary benchmarking and market analysis to maintain competitive salary structures and ensure compliance with compensation laws and regulations
