Job Description
- Policy Development \& Harmonization: Provide support from the design of compensation and benefits programs to align with global rewards strategies, till harmonizing practices across regions while meeting local regulatory requirements.
- Annual Rewards Cycles: Partner with local HR teams to facilitate the end-to-end execution of annual compensation reviews across the regions to ensure transparency, clarity and equity are complied with the local labour laws and global C\&B guidelines.
- Job Architecture: Conduct job evaluation upon request and maintain the structural integrity of the global leveling framework.
- Market Benchmarking: Conduct regular participation in salary surveys and perform deep-dive market pricing to ensure competitive positioning.
- Data Analysis \& Budgeting: Analyze complex compensation data, including cost modeling, employee impact analysis, and market intelligence to support decision-making and strategic recommendations, as well as to coordinate manpower budgeting processes with relevant departments.
- Project Management: Design and execute HR related projects, including the management of HR vendors, to ensure timely delivery and positive value creation.
