Job Description
The Compensation and Benefits practice group is seeking an Associate to join the team. Our ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of experience with the following aspects of compensation and benefits: equity and executive compensation, proxy disclosures, employment and severance agreements, IRC Sections 280G and 409A, mergers \& acquisitions, and IPOs. Qualified candidates will have excellent academic credentials and superior writing, oral communication and analytical skills. EOE.
The expected annual pay range for this position is $260,000-$390,000\. Please note that final offer amount will be dependent on geographic location, applicable experience and skillset of the candidate.
