2\. About the Opportunity:
The Compensation \& Benefits Specialist is responsible for managing and improving total rewards programs. This role combines operational management with strategic development, ensuring compensation and benefits programs are administered accurately and equitably. The position collaborates closely with Payroll, Finance, People Operations, and external vendors to maintain program integrity and clear communication across the organization.
3\. Responsibilities:
- Maintain and improve job architecture to ensure internal alignment and market competitiveness
- Conduct market benchmarking and pricing analysis for entry- to mid-level roles
- Support sales compensation administration and fairness reviews
- Assist with training and communication about compensation programs and job architecture
- Identify and recommend improvements to processes, documentation, and policies
- Provide employee support for benefits inquiries and open enrollment
- Escalate complex benefits issues as needed
- Maintain and audit benefits data in HRIS for accuracy and compliance
- Manage end-to-end execution of compensation and benefits programs
- Partner with Payroll, Finance, and vendors on program implementation and reporting
- Contribute to audits, process improvements, and cross-functional initiatives
4\. Requirements:
- 2–4 years of experience in compensation, benefits, or People Operations
- HRIS experience required; Rippling experience preferred
- Experience collaborating with Payroll, Finance, vendors, and external providers
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required; relevant certifications (CCP, CEBS, PHR/SPHR) are a plus
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Clear, professional, and empathetic communication skills
- Openness to feedback and adaptability
5\. Pay Range and Compensation Package:
- Exempt
- Annual base salary range: $97,470 to $115,700, depending on relevant experience
