Job Description
Responsibilities
- Administer equity compensation programs, including RSUs, PSUs, stock options, and employee stock purchase plans.
- Maintain accurate records in equity administration systems and ensure timely coordination with HR, Payroll, Finance, and Legal.
- Support equity transactions and reporting activities, including vesting, exercises, distributions, and participant recordkeeping.
- Assist with SEC reporting, insider trading compliance, SOX controls, and audit support.
- Prepare data, reports, and analyses related to equity awards, utilization, participation trends, and executive compensation matters.
- Respond to employee and stakeholder questions regarding equity plans, vesting schedules, and taxation at a high level.
- Partner cross-functionally with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth administration and compliance.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, strengthen controls, and enhance the employee experience related to equity programs.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
- .8\+ years of experience in equity compensation, stock plan administration, or a closely related compensation function
- .Experience administering equity programs within a public company environment
- .Knowledge of SEC reporting requirements, SOX compliance, and audit support related to equity compensation
- .Familiarity with U.S. tax and regulatory considerations related to equity awards, including RSUs, stock options, and employee stock purchase plans
- .Strong analytical and data management skills, including advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- .Proven ability to work effectively across Legal, Payroll, Finance, HR, and external vendors
