Job Description

A fast-growing, multi-disciplinary technology startup that develops advanced tactical drone platforms integrated with immersive Virtual Reality (VR) control systems and unique long-range remote-piloting architectures.

The company is rapidly scaling its operations across the US, Europe, and Asia with plans to expand into commercial civilian markets.

Having secured substantial Series B funding backed by prominent investors, the enterprise operates with an elite core team during an aggressive scaling phase.

The company is located in Tel Aviv, and operates on a hybrid model with flexibility for one day of remote work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Formulating and productizing advanced machine learning models and spatial computing algorithms for deterministic production environments.
  • Writing clean, performance-optimized, and highly reliable production code in C\+\+, utilizing strict memory management and low-latency programming patterns.
  • Engineering Classical Computer Vision systems alongside Deep Learning structures for semantic parsing, localization, or navigation anomalies.
  • Developing robust streaming, rendering, and processing modules capable of handling high-definition video data feeds with microsecond-level latency constraints.
  • Profiling application performance, optimizing hardware acceleration via GPUs, and benchmarking execution runtimes across multi-threaded systems.

Requirements-

  • B.Sc. or higher academic degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a highly related quantitative engineering discipline from a recognized institution (Mandatory).
  • 3\+ years of professional engineering experience dedicated to the development, mathematical definition, and production-level deployment of advanced algorithms (Mandatory).
  • High-level production-grade software development and memory-management proficiency utilizing C\+\+ (Mandatory).
  • Proven hands-on industrial experience applying Classical Computer Vision techniques (Mandatory).
  • Solid engineering background or practical development exposure in at least one of the following domains: Deep Learning (DL), Computer Graphics (CG), Virtual Reality (VR), Augmented Reality (AR/XR), Robotics, or Video Processing (Mandatory).
  • Deep technical familiarity or direct production experience utilizing at least one of the following industry frameworks, libraries, or runtimes: ROS, OpenCV, CUDA, Unity3D, Unreal Engine, OpenGL, or GStreamer (Mandatory).
