What You’ll Take Charge Of
- Relaunching and scaling our Wisconsin operations with a clean slate and full support
- Rebuilding key relationships and establishing a reputation for reliability, quality, and follow-through
- Leading and developing a high-performing team of PMs, Sales, Supers, and Field Crews
- Driving project execution, safety, quality, and profitability across all jobs
- Building a strong subcontractor and vendor network that trusts and respects our name
- Rolling up your sleeves when needed — because this role is about leadership

What You Bring
- 8–15\+ years in construction leadership (commercial or industrial, -- your call, as long as you’ve built metal buildings)
- A track record of taking ownership and delivering results
- The ability to lead from the front and the back—strategic when needed, boots-on-the-ground when it matters
- Strong financial instincts and the ability to read a job’s health instantly
- A reputation for being the person who gets things back on track — and keeps them there
Bonus points if you’ve launched a new region, division, or company before.
