Construction Superintendent 🚧

I'm partnered with a well-established South Florida contractor that is looking to add an experienced

Superintendent

to oversee the

civil, structural, and building envelope

phases of a major ground-up project in Dade County

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys being in the field, driving schedules, coordinating subcontractors, and taking ownership of project execution from the ground up.

What You'll Be Doing:

✅ Managing day-to-day field operations

✅ Coordinating subcontractors and trade partners

✅ Leading subcontractor meetings and site communications

✅ Ensuring work is completed in accordance with contract documents

✅ Overseeing project scheduling and field sequencing

✅ Managing RFIs and assisting with schedule updates

✅ Providing daily reports and project progress updates

What We're Looking For:

✔ 5-10\+ years of Superintendent experience

✔ Proven ground-up civil and structural construction experience

✔ Strong understanding of site logistics, scheduling, and field coordination

✔ Excellent communication and leadership skills

✔ Ability to manage multiple trades while maintaining project quality and safety standards

✔ Must live within commuting distance of the Kendall/South Dade area
