ICB Construction Group is growing and looking for Superintendents to lead field operations on commercial construction projects across Middle Georgia. If you take pride in running a clean jobsite, holding subcontractors accountable, and delivering quality work on schedule, this is a great fit.

What You’ll Do

• Lead day-to-day field operations from mobilization through closeout
• Manage subcontractors, scheduling, and site logistics
• Maintain and drive the project schedule in coordination with the PM
• Enforce safety standards and run weekly safety meetings
• Ensure work aligns with drawings, specs, and quality expectations
• Lead subcontractor coordination meetings
• Manage punch lists and project closeout

What We’re Looking For

• 3\+ years in commercial construction
• Experience managing multiple trades and fast-paced schedules
• Strong knowledge of construction sequencing and field coordination
• Ability to read plans, specs, and shop drawings
• Procore experience preferred
• OSHA 30 (or willing to obtain)
