We’re looking for an experienced and collaborative Construction Superintendent - Mechanical/Piping in Guaynabo, PR who thrives when people are in sync and construction projects are running like they should. Here's what you'll need

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management or other; or equivalent years of experience in lieu of degree
• At least 4\+ years of construction site experience preferred
• Experience with hygienic and non-hygienic piping preferred
• Experience leading contractors and Superintendents for current scope, engineering information, and document drawings/specifications for construction execution.
• Working knowledge of pre-design and pre-construction, building systems/components and technology, contract management, project delivery methods, team building and client relationship building required.
• Ability to review and assist with Mechanical, Equipment \& Piping (M/E/P) scopes of work from the initial Bid Phase
• Experience with managing project or scope package budgets
• Experience with the management of a project schedule.

Ideally, you’ll also have:

• Pharma experience
• Collaborating in planning, design, construction and commissioning
• Excellent communications skill
• Proficient in use of software as Power Point, Excel, Word, 3D Model, and Bluebeam
• Facilitate and coordinate walkdowns and meetings and/or reviews with owner and designers
• Attend constructability reviews
• Lead client and construction meetings.
• Coordinate construction activities on the site
• Safety leader (JHA’s revision / daily signed off permits)
• Quality in construction
• Participate on Turn over process including TOP’s, punch list and walkdowns with contractors and owners.

The base salary range for this position is $78,200\.00 to $120,000\.00\. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
