Construction Superintendent

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Construction Superintendent to join a growing construction company on the east coast of Florida. The Superintendent will oversee residential shell construction projects, ensuring buildings are completed on schedule. This role may manage up to two projects at a time (within reason).

Projects include production homes, multifamily, and some custom residential builds.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily shell construction operations on assigned projects
• Manage subcontractors and coordinate with builder superintendents
• Ensure proper layout and building alignment (square and plumb)
• Maintain production schedules and quality standards
• Monitor jobsite safety and compliance
• Utilize company-provided technology to review plans, manage materials, and track progress
• Participate in ongoing company training and development programs

Requirements

• Minimum 3\+ years of experience in shell construction
• Hands-on experience with concrete, masonry beams, and masonry shell work
• Experience working alongside production homebuilders
• Strong understanding of layout and structural alignment
• Ability to manage multiple homes/projects simultaneous
