Construction Superintendent

McCourt Construction, a Boston-based diversified General Contractor with a rich history dating back to our founding in 1893, is seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to join our team. We pride ourselves on tackling the Northeast’s most complex civil projects, with our Heavy Civil Division specializing in large public works projects, and our Energy Division focusing on expanding America's most complex projects in the electric, gas, and steam industries.

Duties will include, but are not limited to,

• Directing crews
• Pushing production
• Maintaining a safe worksite
• Managing subcontractors and suppliers
• Managing documents
• Cost control
• Surveying
• Scheduling
• Labor relations
• Performing other crucial tasks to successfully complete projects
