Superintendent and Senior Superintendent

What You’ll Do:

• Lead field operations from preconstruction through project closeout
• Oversee large-scale commercial ground-up builds and complex renovations ($1M–$30M\+)
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and on-site teams to ensure schedule, safety, and quality standards are met
• Utilize construction management software (Bluebeam, Procore, or similar) to drive efficiency and communication

What We’re Looking For:

• 5\+ years of experience as a Superintendent, preferably on commercial new construction and renovation projects
• Proficiency in construction management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, or similar platforms
• Willingness to travel within the DMV region as project demands require
