About The Role

To support the Head of Business Management and FA and lead day-to-day business support function to achieve key results areas by managing sales initiatives, reporting analytics, agency communications and events.

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Performance analytics and business reporting - Report generation \& dissemination to key stakeholders and sales force. Consolidation of reporting across the clusters ensuring correct and timely work processing and issuance of quality reports.
  • Communication Management – Overseeing the dissemination of Infosheets, Keynotes, Bulletins and eDMs on company’s campaign, incentives, reports, resource guide and important messages in a timely manner to the relevant sales force.
  • Sales Initiatives Management – Preparation of business proposal with sales and cost projection. Monitoring and validation of qualifiers.
  • Appeals Management – Coordination and approval of appeals within Delegated Authority. Further streamlining of process and framework.
  • Events Management – Management of Annual Awards Event.
  • Process Improvement - Sales \& Operational Process improvement. Identify, enhance, and follow specific processes and procedures to maximise the efficiency of the business.
  • And any other adhoc business management support not cover in the above.

Minimum Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree holder
  • At least 6 years of distribution support/management experience preferred
  • With Agency or FA channel management preferable
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office skills
  • Mature, meticulous, analytical, able to work under pressure and independently to meet deadlines and in a fast-paced environment
  • Good communication skills
  • Pro-active and positive personality
