Consultant - UX/UI

JOB SUMMARY

The UX/UI Consultant will play a key role in designing and delivering customer-centric digital experiences across client engagements. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on design execution, bridging customer insights, business needs, and technology capabilities to create intuitive and impactful solutions.

The consultant will work within multidisciplinary project teams—alongside strategy, technology, and customer experience professionals—to design user interfaces and experiences for digital products, services, and platforms.

This position will also contribute to building the firm’s internal design capability, supporting the establishment of a scalable UX/UI and Design function within the Customer Solution practice

DUTIES \& RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support user research activities such as interviews, surveys, and usability testing

• Assist in developing wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes

• Contribute to user journey mapping and basic service design activities

• Collaborate with strategy, technology, and CX teams to translate requirements into design concepts

• Apply established design systems and brand guidelines

• Support documentation of design specifications for development teams

• Participate in internal capability-building initiatives and knowledge sharing

MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, COMPETENICES \& SKILLS

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in design, Human-Computer Interaction, Digital Media, Computer Science, or related field

• Basic understanding of UX principles, usability standards, and design thinking methodologies

• Familiarity with digital product development lifecycle

• Strong interest in customer experience and digital transformation

YEARS OF EXPEREINCE

• 1–3 years of experience in UX/UI design, digital design, or related field

(Internships and academic projects considered relevant experience)

• must have a prior experience on a big4 offshore hub

• Knowledge of Digital Transformation frameworks and methodologies
