Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Product Marketing Strategy:

Develop and execute the product marketing strategy for the AI Advisory services, refining the AI narrative, messaging, and market positioning through go-to-market and experiential campaigns that align with business objectives and enhance brand awareness.

  • Product Launch Leadership:

Lead end-to-end product pre-launch and launch planning, including strategy, timelines, messaging, and execution. Partner with cross-functional teams to prioritize milestones and ensure alignment across stakeholders.

  • Positioning \& Messaging:

Create clear, compelling positioning and messaging frameworks, GTM materials, enablement content, and conceptual/demo videos that demonstrate how AI Advisory drives value stream innovation for clients.

  • Integrated Marketing Campaigns:

Plan, execute, and optimize integrated marketing campaigns across digital, events, email, and other channels to drive demand generation, accelerate pipeline, and increase product adoption.

  • Account-Based Marketing (ABM):

Develop and own the ABM strategy for strategic accounts and partners, leveraging 1:1 and 1:few programs to maximize engagement and influence.

  • Performance Measurement \& Analytics:

Measure and report on marketing and GTM program performance, evaluate campaign effectiveness, and provide data-driven insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

  • Market \& Competitive Intelligence:

Track AI industry trends, analyze analyst reports, and perform competitive analysis to inform GTM strategy, positioning, and product development.

  • Content \& Enablement Management:

Develop and maintain product website content, sales enablement tools, and all GTM materials to support internal teams and customer-facing initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • 7\+ years of B2B marketing and product marketing experience in high-growth SaaS or enterprise software companies.
  • Proven track record of creating and executing successful product marketing strategies and go-to-market plans, including product launches.
  • Strong analytical skills to conduct market research, competitive analysis and customer insights to drive strategy.
  • Expertise in positioning, messaging and value proposition development.
  • Experience in sales enablement, developing collateral, training and tools that support revenue growth.
  • Ability to track and measure marketing success metrics, including impact on pipeline, revenue, and GTM ROI.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Effective at building cross-functional relationships and influencing stakeholders, with excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience managing external agencies to produce high-quality marketing materials and programs.
  • Ability to excel in fast-moving, dynamic environments while applying creative and innovative problem-solving.
  • Degree in Marketing, Business Administration; MBA preferred.
