About The Role

Cohere is seeking a creative and strategic Social Content Creator to elevate our brand presence across social media platforms, including LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and emerging channels. This role is perfect for a digital storyteller passionate about crafting engaging content that resonates with diverse audiences and strengthens our brand identity in the AI space.

The successful candidate will develop and execute platform-specific content strategies, creating a variety of engaging formats such as text posts, visuals, and videos. They will stay ahead of industry trends and leverage AI tools for content ideation, creation, and performance analysis. Collaboration with cross-functional teams including Design, Marketing, and Product will be essential to ensure alignment with broader campaigns and product launches. Additionally, the Content Creator will be responsible for establishing and growing Cohere’s presence on new social platforms, experimenting with innovative content formats and strategies to maximize reach and engagement. Monitoring social media analytics will enable continuous refinement of content approaches to optimize audience engagement and brand visibility.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in social media content creation, ideally within a tech company or a similar innovative organization.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating platform-specific strategies and audience growth.
• Proven ability to independently create compelling content from concept to execution.
• Excellent copywriting, visual, and video production skills.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to analyze trends, audience behavior, and performance metrics.
• Comfort with experimenting on emerging platforms and adapting strategies accordingly.
• Strong collaboration skills, with experience working alongside designers, marketers, writers, and product teams.
• Interest in leveraging AI tools for content creation and optimization, even without prior experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement tailored content strategies for each social media platform, ensuring consistency in brand voice while adapting to platform-specific nuances.
• Create diverse content formats including written posts, visuals, videos, and multimedia assets optimized for engagement.
• Stay informed on the latest social media trends, tools, and AI innovations to enhance content quality and relevance.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align social content with marketing campaigns, product launches, and company initiatives.
• Experiment with new platforms and content formats to expand Cohere’s digital footprint and audience reach.
• Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, using insights to refine content strategies and improve engagement.
• Manage content calendars, ensuring timely delivery and consistent posting schedules.
