Job Title: Content Marketing Manager

Position Overview

We are seeking a creative, trend-savvy Content Marketing Manager to lead the development of compelling brand storytelling across digital channels. This individual will be responsible for creating and executing innovative content strategies that drive engagement, grow brand awareness, and strengthen customer loyalty. The ideal candidate combines creativity with strong execution skills and has a deep understanding of social media, content creation, influencer marketing, and emerging digital trends.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with brand, marketing, and business objectives.
  • Create engaging, original content across social media, email, website, blog, video, and other digital channels.
  • Own and manage the social media calendar, ensuring a consistent and compelling brand voice across platforms.
  • Identify cultural trends, emerging platforms, and creative opportunities that keep the brand relevant and differentiated.
  • Concept, produce, and oversee photo, video, and lifestyle content that resonates with target audiences.
  • Partner with internal teams and external creatives to bring innovative campaigns and storytelling concepts to life.
  • Manage influencer identification, outreach, gifting, partnerships, and content collaborations.
  • Build relationships with creators, ambassadors, and brand advocates to expand reach and engagement.
  • Analyze content performance and social metrics, providing actionable insights to optimize future campaigns.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, ecommerce, creative, and product teams to support launches, promotions, and key business initiatives.
  • Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to continuously evolve content strategy and execution.
  • Assist in managing content budgets, production timelines, and agency or freelancer relationships as needed.

Qualifications

  • 2–5\+ years of experience in content marketing, social media, influencer marketing, brand marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven ability to create engaging content that drives audience growth and brand awareness.
  • Strong creative eye with experience developing photo, video, and digital-first content.
  • Deep understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, and emerging social platforms.
  • Experience working with influencers, creators, ambassadors, and affiliate partnerships.
  • Strong copywriting, storytelling, and communication skills.
  • Highly organized with excellent project management abilities.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage performance metrics and insights.
  • Experience in fashion, jewelry, beauty, lifestyle, or consumer brands preferred.
  • Passion for culture, trends, storytelling, and building engaging brand communities.

Salary $70,000-$85,000
