is looking for a

Continuous Improvement Operations Manager

with pharmaceutical experience to drive efficient, compliant, \& cost-effective operations across manufacturing, packaging, supply chain, \& distribution in a GMP environment.

The Manager must be able to work onsite 4 days a week,

and travel occasionally out of state.

This is high profile position that requires:

• 5 years of experience identifying operational improvements while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and regulatory compliance with cGMP, SOPs, safety standards, and regulatory requirements

.

• Work with Production, Quality, Supply Chain, and Warehouse operational and team leads to oversee daily operational activities to ensure productivity, quality, and on-time delivery.
• The ideal candidate will also be able to introduce analytics tools that improve operational visibility, generate actionable insights from our data, and guide teams in building practical data solutions, and build and monitor KPIs.
• Bachelor's degree
• Experience with Six Sigma and other operational methodology methods preferred

Target salary range $110-130k
