Our client is construction company specialising in both building works and civil construction, as well as renovation, refurbishment, and design-and-build services.

Job Description

You will:

• Providing effective leadership in the promotion of HSE compliance in the workplace
• Taking complete Responsibility \& Accountability for the overall quality compliance of the project under his/her control
• Drives short- and long-term planning and programming and oversees optimal document management and business reporting through SharePoint and the BOS system.
• Plan, monitor and manage project costs, ensuring effective optimisation of site financial performance
• Maintain professional relationships with all stakeholders
• Provide clarity, set objectives and manage reportees performance in
• accordance with assigned roles and responsibilities

Qualifications

• Tertiary Degree / Diploma (Building or Civil)
• SACPCMP (Construction Manager) -Non negotiable

Skills

• 10 Years \+ Technical Experience (6 Years \+ Managerial Experience)
• Proven experience within the construction industry
• Experience managing

1–3 sites simultaneously

• Advance knowledge in Candy, CCS Programming and Planning, SharePoint, OneDrive and Bos \& SHEQ Compliance System is crucial
• Knowledge of Build Smart, CCS Estimating \& CCS Valuation will be beneficial
• Strong contractual, commercial and project management experience
• Extensive knowledge of construction programming, quality management, cost reporting and stakeholder management
• Own reliable vehicle and valid driver’s licence
• Willingness to travel extensively between sites
