We’re working with a well-established, high growth manufacturing business that is looking to appoint an experienced Controller to support a key greenfield site within its US operations.

This is a highly visible role where you’ll act as a true business partner to plant leadership, with a balance of strategic input and hands-on financial management.

💼 The Role

As Controller, you’ll take ownership of all site-level finance activities, ensuring strong financial performance, robust controls, and high-quality reporting. You’ll work closely with both operational and senior leadership, helping drive informed decision-making and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading all accounting and finance operations for the site
• Managing month-end close, budgeting, and forecasting cycles
• Delivering insightful financial analysis and performance reporting
• Identifying cost trends, efficiencies, and improvement opportunities
• Maintaining accurate costing and inventory controls
• POC revenue recognition
• Partnering with operations to support business performance
• Supporting systems and process improvements, including ERP enhancements

✅ What We’re Looking For

• Strong experience in a Controller or senior finance role within manufacturing
• Solid background in operational finance, costing, and plant-level support
• Proven leadership experience with the ability to influence stakeholders
• POC revenue recognition and intercompany transfer experience
• SAP ERP Implementation experience
