Job Description
Role Purpose
This role aims to maintain consistency in global brand reputation and corporate narrative. Serving as a key deputy within the Corporate PR \& Branding Office and the Acting Spokesperson, the primary responsibility is to fully support the Corporate PR \& Branding office in managing comprehensive external communications (including Financials, Milestones, ESG, and Global Media Relations). Internally, the role involves building global communication networks and promoting cultural heritage. The candidate must leverage digital tools to implement PDCA management and execute strategic projects assigned by senior management to assist the Spokesperson in optimizing global brand influence.
Main Responsibilities
1\. Global PR \& Disclosure
- Spokesperson System Collaboration: Fully assist the Spokesperson in establishing and maintaining relations with global mainstream media (such as international news agencies and financial media); serve as the primary liaison for the Spokesperson in handling domestic and international media inquiries.
- Comprehensive Messaging: Assist in drafting and distributing major corporate updates, including financial communications (English and Chinese press releases for monthly revenue, quarterly, and annual reports), positioning for major projects, and narratives for ESG and social impact.
- Information Transformation and Compliance: Transform complex data into precise English and Chinese PR materials, ensuring compliance with information disclosure regulations of domestic and international regulatory bodies.
2\. Acting Spokesperson \& Crisis Management
- Acting Spokesperson Duties: Serve as the official external contact when the Spokesperson is unavailable; represent the company in making statements based on established positions to ensure consistency in communication.
- Global Issue and Crisis Response: Participate in issue/crisis PR task forces; assist the Spokesperson in developing multinational response strategies and producing unified Key Messages.
3\. Master Narrative \& Governance Support
- Master Narrative Management: Regularly optimize the Corporate Master Narrative to ensure global markets remain synchronized with headquarters’ strategies.
- Executive Communication Support: Assist in the joint development of English and Chinese speeches, letters to shareholders, and communication materials for Board and Shareholders' meetings; participate in content formulation and manuscript refining to demonstrate corporate stature.
4\. PR Analytics \& Digital Tool Application
- Quantitative and Qualitative Analysis: Adeptly utilize digital monitoring tools (such as media monitoring systems and social analysis tools) to track global public opinion; conduct in-depth analysis of Reach, Share of Voice (SOV), and media sentiment.
- PDCA Performance Management: Utilize digital platforms to implement data-driven PDCA cycles; conduct performance evaluations and provide strategic optimization recommendations for PR objectives.
5\. Internal Communications, Heritage Preservation, and Project Execution
- Global Platform Operations: Plan and publish content for internal communication channels (such as the "Giant Pulse" quarterly); integrate and transmit global local stories.
- Cultural Heritage Preservation: Drive the Digital Archiving project; utilize digital media to record the management wisdom of key figures to implement the preservation of corporate culture.
- Project Execution and Assigned Tasks: Assist in handling specific projects assigned by senior management or the company; possess high flexibility and cross-departmental coordination skills to achieve project goals.
Qualifications
- Work Experience: 5–8 years of experience in public relations or corporate communications. Experience in financial PR for listed companies, global media relations, or serving as staff for a Spokesperson is highly preferred.
- Language Proficiency: Exceptional bilingual communication and drafting skills in Chinese and English. Must possess the professional ability to directly interface with foreign media and draft high-level official documents.

- Digital Tool Proficiency: Familiar with and proficient in using various digital communication and analysis tools (e.g., PR monitoring systems, data dashboards, collaboration platforms) to enhance communication efficiency and analytical precision.
- Cross-departmental Coordination and Insight Discovery: Capable of collaborating effectively with various departments and possessing keen insight to discover positive brand stories from daily operations.
- Precision and Compliance Awareness: Extremely meticulous in handling financial data and official documents, with a professional commitment to "zero errors."
- Project Management Skills: Able to effectively manage the progress of tasks assigned by superiors and deliver high-quality outputs within deadlines.
