DEUTZ Turkey is looking for a dynamic and analytically strong

Financial Controller

to manage financial control, reporting, and analysis processes at our Turkish subsidiary. This role is designed to ensure accurate tracking, reporting of financial data, and to provide support for management decision-making.

Job Description

The Financial Controller will be responsible for preparing monthly and periodic financial reports, contributing to budgeting and forecasting processes, conducting cost and performance analyses, and supporting the smooth operation of financial processes.

Key Responsibilities

Reporting \& Analysis

• Preparation and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (P\&L, balance sheet, cash flow)
• Monitoring and reporting of variances between budget, forecast, and actual results
• Preparing cost analyses, profitability studies, and variance reports
• Monitoring cash flow and preparing regular liquidity reports

Financial Control \& Support

• Providing financial performance analysis and improvement recommendations to business units
• Preparing and submitting reports in accordance with DEUTZ Group standards
• Extracting data from ERP systems to create meaningful reports and dashboards
• Supporting audit, tax, and banking-related processes

Processes \& Compliance

• Monitoring the compliance of financial processes with group policies and local regulations
• Ensuring internal controls and data accuracy
• Guaranteeing the timeliness and accuracy of financial data

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
• 2-4 years

of experience in financial control, reporting, or accounting

• Knowledgeable in IFRS

and proficient in Turkish Accounting Standards (TMS)

• Experience with ERP systems (

SAP and Mikro

preferred) and advanced Excel skills

• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and reporting abilities
• Team player, eager to learn, and takes ownership
• Native-level Turkish and fluent English (German is a plus)
