CRE Senior Investment/Originations Analyst (Debt + Equity)

LHH is partnering with a well-capitalized, institutional PE real estate investment firm to add an

Analyst / Senior Analyst

to their growing investment team in Atlanta.

This is a highly visible opportunity to gain exposure across the full lifecycle of transactions, working directly with senior investment professionals on both

debt and equity investments across the capital stack

.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Support underwriting and evaluation of new investment opportunities (debt \& equity)

• Build and analyze property-level cash flow models (Excel / Argus)

• Conduct market research (supply/demand, comps, rent trends, cap rates, etc.)

• Analyze financials, rent rolls, leases, and borrower/partner credit profiles

• Assist in preparation of investment committee materials (memos, presentations)

• Participate in due diligence, deal execution, and closing processes

• Engage in asset management across the lifecycle of investments

• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners throughout transactions

What We’re Looking For:

• 1\+ years of experience in commercial real estate (investments, lending, or related)

• Strong financial modeling and analytical skillset

• Exposure to Argus and CRE data platforms (CoStar, RCA, Trepp, etc.) preferred

• Solid understanding of real estate fundamentals and capital markets

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive mindset

• Strong communication and presentation skills
