Job Description
Arrowster
is an AI-powered study abroad platform built by a team from Harvard and Oxford, backed by operators from OpenAI and Duolingo. $1M\+ in booked revenue, 15M\+ monthly content views. Our content moves fast and converts. We need someone who can make it look and feel like a brand worth trusting, not just a center that posts.
About the role
Two things live in this role. First, you own the creative direction for everything Arrowster puts out: how the brand looks, feels, and speaks across campaigns, events, and programs. You're the person who decides the visual language for a mentorship program launch or an offline event, and makes sure every asset coheres. Second, in execution seasons you're the PIC for Facebook and Instagram content: calendar, copy, briefing, publishing, and performance.
What you'll own
Creative direction:
- Own brand cohesion across all touchpoints: social, events, campaigns, and program collateral
- Set the creative direction for major campaigns like event launches and mentorship program rollouts: concept, visual language, tone, execution brief
- Brief and quality-control designers, videographers, and external creatives so output looks like Arrowster, not a vendor's portfolio
- Make sure every visual and copy decision ladders back to positioning, not just aesthetics
Content execution:
- Own the Facebook and Instagram content calendar: plan, write, brief, publish, and report
- Write captions and copy that serve the funnel, soft-selling through mentor stories and student proof, not scholarship headlines
- Read Meta Insights and make decisions from the data, not just report the numbers
- Keep brand voice consistent whether you're writing a campaign hook or a weekly post
Who you are
- You have a strong visual and copy sensibility and can articulate why something works, not just that it looks good
- You've briefed creatives before and know the difference between a brief that gets great work and one that gets generic output
- You've owned a content calendar and been accountable to business metrics, not just engagement
- Portfolio that shows both creative thinking and execution: campaign concepts, social content, and copy that converted
- 2\+ years in content, brand, or creative at a consumer, lifestyle, or education brand
Why Arrowster
- You set the creative standard for a brand that's already converting, not building from zero
- Real ownership: your creative direction shapes how tens of thousands of Vietnamese students see Arrowster
- Team from Harvard, Oxford, and more, building something that actually matters
- Competitive compensation based on experience
Benefits
- 2-month probation at 100% salary
- Social Insurance per VN law
- 12 annual leave days \+ public holidays
- Office lunch provided
- Relocation support case-by-case
- 13th month bonus
