Job Purpose
The Creative Director (CD) is the strategic and creative powerhouse of the organization. You will be responsible for leading the creative team, steering the visual and conceptual narrative of our brand, and ensuring that every piece of content—from global campaigns to social snippets—is innovative, high-quality, and aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
- Vision \& Strategy:
Define and maintain the overarching creative vision and brand voice across all channels.
- Team Leadership:
Mentor, inspire, and manage a multidisciplinary team of designers, copywriters, and videographers.
- Concept Development:
Lead high-level brainstorming sessions to develop "big ideas" for integrated marketing campaigns.
- Stakeholder Management:
Present creative concepts to executives or clients, translating complex artistic ideas into clear business value.
- Quality Assurance:
Direct the "look and feel" of projects, ensuring all outputs meet elite industry standards and brand guidelines.
- Operational Excellence:
Oversee creative budgets, resource allocation, and project timelines to ensure seamless delivery.
Required Skills \& Competencies
- Strategic Creativity:
The ability to balance artistic intuition with data-driven marketing goals.
- Leadership \& Empathy:
Proven experience in managing creative personalities and fostering a collaborative environment.
- Communication:
Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills; the ability to "sell" an idea.
- Technical Literacy:
Expert-level knowledge of the
Adobe Creative Cloud
and a forward-thinking approach to
Generative AI
tools.
- Trend Forecasting:
Staying ahead of cultural and design trends to keep the brand relevant.
Experience \& Qualifications
- Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven Track Record:
8–12 years of experience in a creative agency or in-house creative department, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Portfolio:
A world-class portfolio showcasing award-winning campaigns and a deep understanding of digital and physical media.
