Creative Director

Our client, a leading investment firm, is currently seeking a HANDS ON Creative Director to serve as the lead visual design authority within their Marketing team to design across PRINT, DIGITAL, and VIDEO.

This opportunity is full-time and offers the chance to shape and elevate the brand of a global, high-growth equity platform. The role is highly visible, sitting within a lean, fast-paced environment and partnering closely with marketing, investment, and distribution teams.

This role will be hybrid onsite in NYC with M/F remote and Tues/Wed/Thurs onsite.  (subject to change)

Responsibilities:

• Serve as lead designer, owning and evolving the firms visual identity and brand standards

• Lead concept development and execution across print, digital, and interactive assets (brochures, presentations, web, Ceros modules, etc.)

• Translate complex business and investment concepts into clear, compelling visual communications

• Oversee end-to-end project delivery, from concept through production and final output

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring high-quality, on-time delivery

• Partner cross-functionally and provide creative guidance to internal stakeholders

• Manage and mentor one designer while coordinating with external vendors

Requirements:

• 10\+ years of graphic design experience, ideally across both agency and in-house environments

• Strong portfolio showcasing brand-driven print, digital, and interactive work

• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office; experience with Ceros preferred

• Deep understanding of print production, digital design, and asset workflows

• Proven ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution

• Experience in financial services or other highly regulated industries preferred

• Undergraduate degree
