JOB DESCRIPTION
Creative Leadership \& Strategy
- Own and define the creative vision for campaigns and brand communication across all touchpoints.
- Lead the development of big ideas, communication platforms, campaign concepts, and key visuals based on strategic brand insights and business goals.
- Ensure creative work aligns with brand strategy and resonates across diverse media channels (Brand, Digital, Social, OOH, Film, Activation, Experience).
Integrated Communication \& Execution
- Translate brand and marketing strategy into bold, coherent, and executable creative ideas.
- Ensure the creative output works effectively across all owned, earned, and paid channels.
- Collaborate closely with Strategy, Account, Digital, and Production teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and integrated output.
Creative Quality \& Standards
- Establish, maintain, and elevate creative standards across all deliverables.
- Oversee the quality of conceptual work, copy, visual execution, film, and final deliverables.
- Drive the team to deliver work beyond “on-brief,” achieving distinctiveness, strategic depth, and long-lasting impact.
Client Leadership \& Presentation
- Lead creative ideas in pitches and senior creative presentations.
- Present and defend creative concepts with strategic thinking, clarity, and persuasion.
- Act as a trusted creative partner to clients, building confidence and credibility through insight-driven recommendations.
Creative Team \& Culture
- Inspire, mentor, and elevate the creative team to deliver best-in-class work.
- Build a culture of
high standards, fearless creativity, and strategic thinking
.
- Identify and cultivate the next generation of creative leaders.
JOB REQUIREMENT
• Extensive hands-on experience in creative leadership, brand campaign conceptualization, and execution across integrated marketing communications.
- Extensive experience in Advertising / Creative / Brand Communications, including senior leadership exposure.
- Proven experience in senior creative leadership roles (Creative Director, Associate Creative Director, Head of Creative).
- Proven track record leading major brand or IMC campaigns, with strong portfolio and results.
- Exceptional conceptual thinking and ability to convert insights into strategic creative work.
- Deep understanding of brand storytelling, visual direction, and communication design.
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and mentoring capabilities.
- Self-driven, proactive, curious about culture \& trends, and not satisfied with safe or obvious solutions.
- Fluent professional written and spoken English (Additional language skills (e.g., Korean) are a plus).
